As a principal and co-owner of Joseph Lawrence & Co., he has spent more than two decades designing HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems for commercial and industrial clients, with a careful eye for how that equipment fits cleanly into the finished space.
Walt Disney World, Homewood Suites, and UPS are among the clients who have relied on Adam's expertise. His projects range from hospitality and food service to multifamily, commercial, and aviation facilities, and that variety gives him a practical, adaptable sense of what each building and its occupants actually need.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida and has continued building his expertise through advanced training in AutoCAD, Revit, and Trane TRACE/HAP. Clients and project teams alike count on his practical, well-coordinated solutions to keep projects moving from design through construction.
