Structural Engineers are essential to the success of our projects. Your expertise ensures every design is not only functional — but safe. If you have strong design experience, knowledge of applicable codes and standards, and proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit, we invite you to apply.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in the structural design of projects from the schematic phase through the construction phase
  • Draft structural systems for a variety of structures from start to finish with aid from the project manager
  • Coordinate closely with all MEPS disciplines for a cohesive drawing package
  • Revise existing projects based on new information or permit comments
  • Work with engineers to create construction documents using AutoCAD / Revit

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science from an ABET-accredited university in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master's with emphasis in Structural preferred
  • 0–2 years of experience
  • Engineer Intern (EI) preferred, or ability to obtain
  • Minimum 1 year of Revit experience (required)
  • Working knowledge of structural systems, building code, and safety regulations
  • Understanding of structural design concepts
  • Background in multifamily, ALFs, student housing, hotels, or commercial projects preferred
  • Capable of reading and interpreting 2D/3D drawings
  • Able to read, understand, and draft design instructions provided by the engineering team
  • Field experience or construction support a plus
  • Able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
