Why we need you
Structural Engineers are essential to the success of our projects. Your expertise ensures every design is not only functional — but safe. If you have strong design experience, knowledge of applicable codes and standards, and proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit, we invite you to apply.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the structural design of projects from the schematic phase through the construction phase
- Draft structural systems for a variety of structures from start to finish with aid from the project manager
- Coordinate closely with all MEPS disciplines for a cohesive drawing package
- Revise existing projects based on new information or permit comments
- Work with engineers to create construction documents using AutoCAD / Revit

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science from an ABET-accredited university in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master's with emphasis in Structural preferred
- 0–2 years of experience
- Engineer Intern (EI) preferred, or ability to obtain
- Minimum 1 year of Revit experience (required)
- Working knowledge of structural systems, building code, and safety regulations
- Understanding of structural design concepts
- Background in multifamily, ALFs, student housing, hotels, or commercial projects preferred
- Capable of reading and interpreting 2D/3D drawings
- Able to read, understand, and draft design instructions provided by the engineering team
- Field experience or construction support a plus
- Able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
